Yes. PrayerMap is 100% free. No ads, no premium tiers. It’s a non-profit ministry — not a business.
Any accredited college or university with .edu email addresses. If your school isn’t listed yet, verifying your email will create a hub for your campus.
A .edu email is needed to join campus-specific features (campus hub, campus groups). You can still use PrayerMap’s main features — the living map, prayer feed, and public groups — with any email.
Only if you choose to share them in a group. Prayers on the public map can always be posted anonymously. Your privacy is never compromised.
Just verify your .edu email in the app. If your school doesn’t have a hub yet, one will be created automatically. Invite your friends and start praying together.
Campus ministry leaders and staff can be invited to groups by verified students or by contacting us directly. The goal is to keep campus spaces safe while remaining accessible.
Campus hubs currently use .edu verification, which is US-focused. International expansion is planned. In the meantime, students anywhere can use PrayerMap’s public features.
